• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security logs.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, financial account details, medical information, or information you are not authorized to share.

3. How I Use the Data

• Respond to enquiries submitted through the website.
• Evaluate a potential project or professional collaboration.
• Request clarification and prepare a proposal, estimate, or scope.

I do not use contact-form data for newsletters or unrelated promotional messages unless you separately and expressly request or authorize them.

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction and may then be deleted or anonymized. Information connected to an active or completed engagement may be retained for the period needed to provide the service and comply with contractual, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Security logs are retained according to the relevant providers' policies.
